A number of resources are available if you have a question about the HPC cluster. Answers to many frequently asked questions will be posted in the FAQ section of this website. Documentation to many of our software packages can be found here. You can also ask questions to other users of the cluster by sending a message to the appropriate mailing list. All of these mailing lists are open to the public, so please think before you post.

Please email the address above if you have problems with your HPC account or encounter problems with any HPC login/compute nodes, e.g., an error occurs while running a job, you need assistance compiling your software, or you need software to be installed on the HPC. Please be specific in your support request and include information such as:
- Job ID
- Path to your submission script (e.g., ~/myjobs/job.sh)
- Error output
- Reproducible error?
