Using XMGRACE at the HPC

XMGRACE version 5.1.22 has been installed on the HPC.

To use XMGRACE, connect to a login node via an X-forwarding connection (e.g. ssh -X scs.hpc.fsu.edu)

For bash shell users use:

source /panfs/storage.local/opt/grace/bin/grace.sh

For csh/tcsh shell users use:

source /panfs/storage.local/opt/grace/bin/grace.sh
