Biopython is a set of Python tools for bioinformatics analyses. It is installed on all nodes as a part of the Rocks Bio Roll.

Using Biopython on HPC

Biophython Rocks Bio Roll documentation is very brief and the documentation link is broken; go to the home site for information on Biopython's use. Getting Started is a good place to start.

Note: A newer version of Biopython is available by using Python 2.6 on the HPC.
